That's right, I'm bad at the monthly check in so far considering I'm a week late on this update, and have written absolutely zero words this week. Between family events and prepping for winter, and still looking for a day job and college football season, and cooking and researching projects, I've been a bit overwhelmed. While nothing is ever guaranteed, I am hoping to get a pretty polished draft of Book 2 established by the end of the year, maybe even GASP a release date?! But to make that happen, I will need to do a few things.

With the unintentional symbiotical I took over the summer to look for a new full time job and focus on my writing, one would think that I am refreshed and motivated to "get back at it" or "hit the ground running" or even dare I say "relax." None of that happened.

I'm not sure if the second part is true but it is defiantly an end of an era.
